On the evening of Wednesday, March 12 after closing my garage door, one of the two sided torsion springs snapped. I contacted Will (the owner of EOD) the next day and he was able to add me to what was already a full schedule for them. He recommended an upgrade of a centrally mounted torsion spring system that would be far more safe and offer efficient lifting of the door. On Monday afternoon, the technician Robbie arrived and within 20 minutes time had the upgraded install complete. Robbie was professional and courteous and the garage door now operates far more efficiently and safely. I can’t thank Will and his team enough for fast, professional service and I offer my highest recommendation.

We were able to get an appointment quickly for the initial visit and estimate. They spent a long time with us, measuring and explaining the process. When the door came in, the installers came fast and got right to work. We ordered the special backup motor in case of power outages. I love that the door has a light on it. We are so pleased with the improvement! The garage door operates smoothly and quietly and has a handy keypad outside in addition to two clickers.
